Perdido Towers offers a variety of resort-style amenities for guests to enjoy. Take a dip in the outdoor pool (heated in the winter) for year-round swimming. For boaters, first-come, first-serve boat slips and trailer parking along Ole River are available. The property’s prime location puts you steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Parking:

Parking passes are required for this complex and are purchased on-site. Trailer parking is available for guests with boats.

• Stucco and coating on entire building exterior.

• Noise from grinding and chipping concrete and stucco.

• Intermittent balcony closures during balcony work. Furniture will be inside of the unit when this happens.

• Adherence to safety barriers and signage around the property.
