Step inside to discover a spacious living area, adorned with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. The brand-new sleeper sofa and single chaise offer additional sleeping space for guests, while the smart TV provides entertainment options for cozy nights in.


The Primary bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed and its own entry to the shared bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests. The bathroom's walk-in shower has been beautifully redone with marble tile, adding a touch of luxury to your seaside retreat.


In the fully stocked kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary utensils, dishes, and cookware. Limit of 2 passes per stay. They are bought onsite from the security guard $50 each.
