Located on the 3rd floor, Sugar Beach 348 provides a side Gulf view, letting you catch glimpses of sparkling waters right from your private balcony. Inside, the spacious living area is perfect for lounging, complete with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy fresh coastal breezes and the warm Alabama sunshine.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease—whether you’re cooking a hearty breakfast before hitting the beach or packing snacks for an afternoon by the pool.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen-sized bed and a full bath, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sand and surf. On the main floor, you’ll find the living/dining area, kitchen, and an additional bathroom with a shower. For extra guests, the living area includes a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. Convenient covered parking is available on the first floor, and security is provided at the entry gate for your peace of mind.

Parking:

Parking passes are required at this complex with a limit of 2 per each reservation. Passes are bought onsite at the security guard and are $35 each. (Please bring cash)
